Q:
What do I need to provide to get started?
A:
We need a CAD or PDF file of your floor plans. More details about the project you give us, the more accurate we can be. Specification references, photos, or links of your desired look can put us in the right direction. If you don't have 2D drawings, we can also work from sketches if you provide us with accurate dimensions.
Q:
How do we communicate? How can I send you big files?
A:
We will officially communicate through emails but you can reach us through any other virtual communication form you prefer (WhatsApp, Skype...). We can also schedule video meetings if needed. As for the big files, we use Wetransfer.com or Dropbox.com to upload them.
Q:
How does the process go?
A:
First, you send us all the required documents for us to start on the project. We will send you a few camera views to choose from after we model the draft version of the space or a building. After you have chosen the view you like, we can proceed with the detailed modeling. A maximum of 3 revisions for smaller changes are included in the price. Any bigger changes on the model, camera view changes, or extra revisions might have to be charged extra. After all revisions and approval, we can produce and send you the final renders.
Q:
Is my data secure with you?
A:
Absolutely.
If requested, we will sign a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) with our clients. Your project details are not going to be used or leaked anywhere.
Q:
Who owns the render after it is completed?
A:
We own the render but the image is licensed to our clients after fully paid. The client can do with the image whatever he or she wants. We only ask you to credit us if the image is published somewhere outside your website or your marketing materials.
Q:
What if we already have a model?
A:
After we review your existing model and we agree on using it we might give you a discount. However, we prefer to do the modeling ourselves so we don't have any compatibility issues or extra tuning we didn't count on.
Q:
When do I pay for your services?
A:
We require 50% of the price to be pre-paid at the signature of a contract and another 50% before our final delivery. That way both parties are fully committed to the project.

For our regular clients, we can accept full payment at the final delivery.
